BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

*If CANCELLATION occurs within 24 hours following the confirmation of the reservation, the visitor will receive an unconditional refund of the deposit paid.
*If the reservation cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the start of the trip, the visitor must pay 35% of the total trip cost.
*If the reservation cancellation occurs 8-29 days before the start of the trip, the visitor must pay 50% of the total travel cost.
*If the reservation cancellation occurs 0-7 days before the start of the trip or if the visitor does not enter the accommodation facility, he/she must pay 100% of the total travel cost.
*In cases where the VISITOR does not pay compensation arising from this contract, these fees are legally requested from the VISITOR by Els Villas through a Warning Notice or Enforcement proceedings.

All expenses that may arise in such cases (Lawyer, notary, enforcement and file expenses, etc.)
It is requested from the VISITOR in addition to the fee to be paid.

EXCEPTIONAL CASES

*In cases such as health risks, epidemics, war, threat of war, social unrest, terrorist acts, natural disasters or death in the first degree family of the reservation holder, which are completely beyond our control, the payment paid for the reservation can be used in a different reservation, if the necessary documents are submitted to our company. is suspended and the transaction is made from the total amount of the new reservation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

*In accordance with clause (g) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation prepared based on Articles 48 and 84 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage services that must be carried out on a certain date or period. The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in contracts regarding the supply of goods and the use of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes.
